Nobody graduates from this. The diagnosis doesn't end, so the ministry can't either. That's what we're building: something that's there for a man the week he gets the news, and still there when his child is twenty-five.
But none of that happens on one good night, or one good year. I can't plan a retreat six months out on money I'm hoping shows up. What lets me plan, what lets me build, is knowing what's coming in every month.
So here's what I'd ask you to consider. If you want to give once, thank you. Truly. That money goes to work. But what I'd ask you to think about is becoming a monthly partner with us. It doesn't have to be big. Twenty-five dollars a month matters, because it's twenty-five dollars I can count on. It's the difference between hoping and planning.
And when you do, send me a note at jw@dosausa.org. I want to know your name.
